1. Do you offer in-person appointments?

No, we are a telehealth-only practice. All appointments are conducted virtually through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform so you can attend sessions from the comfort and privacy of your own space.

2. What states do you serve?

We currently provide psychiatric and mental health services to clients located in Maryland and New York.

3. What insurance do you accept?

We currently accept Medicaid and are actively working on credentialing with additional insurance panels.

We also offer a discounted sliding scale for self-pay clients and can provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement.

4. What conditions do you treat?

We provide care for a wide range of concerns, including:

  • Anxiety & panic

  • Depression & mood disorders

  • ADHD

  • Trauma & PTSD

  • Substance use & addiction recovery

  • Life transitions

  • LGBTQIA+ mental health support

5. Do you offer Suboxone or medication-assisted treatment (MAT)?

Yes, we offer substance use disorder treatment, including Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) such as Suboxone, when clinically appropriate.

6. What are your hours?

We offer evening and Saturday appointments to accommodate busy schedules. Standard availability is:

  • Monday–Friday: 2 PM – 6 PM

  • Saturday: Morning appointments available

7. What can I expect in my first session?

Your first appointment will be a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation where we’ll review your mental health history, current symptoms, goals, and create a personalized care plan together. Follow-ups may include therapy, medication management, or both.

8. Do you treat children?

At this time, we serve adolescents (13+) and adults. If you need referrals for younger children, we’re happy to assist.
